Prosciutto de Parma

sandwich

Little NYC cafe’s are my favorite, ever. On my way to school I always pass Champignon on Madison Ave, in NYC. Not only is it quaint and cute, every time I stop in to have a bite for lunch I am always pleased.

This time around I ordered the Prosciutto De Parma. It’s a delish prosciutto sandwich served on a toasted ciabatta with roasted red peppers, mozzarella sliced nice and thinly, fresh tomatoes, and a hint of a pesto and balsamic spread. It was also served with a super yummy and light pasta salad.

If you are ever in the area definitely give it a try!
